Reason for this is that from time to time I get IMs from people who have activation issues. These issues are mostly solved by doing activation in CITY NOIR instead of their home sim . How to Get It Just log in and you will get a notification. You will receive two things: the main Signature HUD, and a second later, the Utility HUD.
